The preliminary sketch is laid out on the base paper.
Each similarly shaded area is blocked with tape.
Measured, inked fingerprints are applied until
the desired depth and shading are achieved.

for each of the shading ranges.
All masking is removed, and final details
are applied using the same fingerprint process.
